  • Provide full range of secretarial support 
  • Provide business support on project coordination
  • Coordinate and manage internal/external meeting, regional & overseas business related activities, 
  • Assist with the planning of the trip schedule of Departmental Head including organize hotel and travel arrangement, visa application, travel expenses for business
  • Prepare business correspondence, presentation material
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks and assignments
  • Travelling arrangement
    Perform secretarial functions

Requirement :

  • Higher Diploma or above in secretarial 
  • Around 2-4 years hands-on experience in secretary 
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Office, typing Chinese word processing

Office Administrator 


  • Handle office admin, MPF contribution and final payments, submitted annual tax returns on time and ensured that they complied with the local labour ordinance and other regulations.
  • Office Administration
  • Purchase water, stationery, arrange the printer, fax machinery for maintenance 
  • Organizing company events and activities
  • Contact with external vendor to repair IT Hardware 

Requirement :

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business admin
  • Around 0-2 years hands-on experience in Office admin 
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fresh graduate will consider
