Responsibilities:
- Experience in financial or asset management inclusive investment trade and funding transfer etc
- Properties management inclusive tenancy agreement, repair and maintenance etc
- Handle full set in house account for personal business
- Handle Personal & Household matters
- Coordinate with internal and external parties
- Provide administrative support in business and personal matters
- Manage calendar, coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and events
Requirements :
- A minimum 5 years of personal assistant experience
- Higher diploma or above
- Full set account acknowledge preferred
- Excellent command of spoken & written in English and Chinese
- Well organized, independent, flexible and with strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable and work in details
- Immediately available is highly preferred
