Secretary / Personal Assistant – Financial / Property field

  • Experience in financial or asset management inclusive investment trade and funding transfer etc
  • Properties management inclusive tenancy agreement, repair and maintenance etc
  • Handle full set in house account for personal business
  • Handle Personal & Household matters
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties
  • Provide administrative support in business and personal matters
  • Manage calendar, coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and events

Requirements :

  • A minimum 5 years of personal assistant experience
  • Higher diploma or above
  • Full set account acknowledge preferred
  • Excellent command of spoken & written in English and Chinese
  • Well organized, independent, flexible and with strong interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and work in details
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
