Business: a medium-sized HK based trading company is looking for caliber candidates to apply this position.
Duties:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management.
- Handle correspondences, minutes and confidential documents.
- Handle office administrative tasks and coordinate internal / external communication.
- Handle calendar management and travel logistics arrangement.
- Work and communicate closely with driver.
- Maintain an efficient administrative and filing system.
- Assist to organizing company events and office procurement.
- Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above, with formal secretarial training would be an advantage.
- 3 years or above of secretarial support experience.
- Familiar with MS applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good command of both spoken & written English, Mandarin & Cantonese.
- Excellent team player with strong motivation, proactive, able to work in fast paced, tight deadlines and results-driven environment.
- Immediate available would be an advantage.
