- Handle day-to-day all round office administration tasks for offices
- Supervise office assistants and messengers
- Handle incoming and outgoing daily mailings, courier and document delivery
- Assist in office renovation and maintain work
- Coordinating daily administrative duties such as stationery ordering, office cleaning and pest control arrangement etc.
- Follow up company printing items, e.g. letterheads, envelopes, business cards and others
- Carry out other ad-hoc facilities management related duties and projects assigned by the company/manager
Skills & Requirements
- 5 years in office admin
- Good communication, time management
- Good in english, good in mandarin
- Practical knowledge in MS Office
