Our client is a Japanese enterprise with 70,000+ staff, and it is one of Fortune Global 100 companies. It is looking for a post below:
Benefit: 5 Day work, 900am-530pm, bonus, 15AL, medical
- Responsible for providing all-round support on Administration function, including office equipment maintenance, procurement of office supplies and stationery, office facilities rental contracts, etc.
- Handle monthly billings and payment arrangement.
- Liaise with external parties, like suppliers, auditors, bankers etc…
- Be responsible for the IT management, coordinate with IT service provider to ensure good management on IT infrastructure and email system.
- Degree holder of business administration/management.
- Good command Mandarin and English
- Min. 4 years’ experience in general office administration, preferable in multinational companies.
- Knowledge in MS Word, Excel
- Hard working, Self-motivated, independent & willing to learn
