Qualifications & experience
- At least 3 years of relevant experience gained from audit firm
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Experience in audit of listed and/or sizeable companies, and sound knowledge of US IPOs, Listing Rules, Takeovers Code related transactions and capital raising exercises is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivating and willing to confront work pressure
- Willing to learn
- Mature, well-organized, hardworking, willing to learn and enjoy working as a team
- Passionate for providing exceptional quality service and striving to exceed clients’ expectations
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Tasks & responsibilities
- Carrying out audit, audit-related and other assurance services to clients across various industries, including listed & private companies
- Maintaining good relationships with clients and respond to clients timely
- Establishing and maintaining effective internal relationships across different service lines
- Report to Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager
- Occasional travel is required
