Senior Customer Service Manager- EMS / Electronic Factory

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Head of Department
  • Manager a team of 11 in Hong Kong and Shenzhen to deliver high quality customer services and provide offers to global customers
  • Report to Board for the weekly Operations status with highlights 
  • Presented in the Quarterly Review Meetings or other regular meetings for Supply Chain updates with key customers
  • Work with Business Development and Key Account team for preparing company’s sales budget
  • Lead company’s customer-oriented process and system transformation for optimization and digitalization 
  • Work with cross-functions especially PPC/PMC and PM to ensure on time deliveries
  • CRM management across the globe

DUTIES:

  • Degree
  • 10 years or above working experience in order processing, supply chain and customer services for international consumer electronic manufacturing company.
  • Good communication & presentation skills, fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to work under pressure, work independent, self-motivated, customer first mind set, meet customer’s expectations.
  • Provide proactive guidance and solutions to CS & Sales team in times of need 
  • Strong in analyzing and providing practical solutions, results oriented 
  • Forward looking with lean management mindset
  • Using ERP or SAP is a must
