Business: A listed company in HK Stock market and their main business is garment manufacturing. They are looking for caliber candidates to apply their position:
Job Description
- Transform business data into quantitative manners that can drive actionable insight, create accurate prediction and drive effective business optimization
- Improve and develop business data metrics and analytics capabilities
- Build predictive model and algorithm to measure ad optimize business performance
- Drive end to end BI strategy including data warehouse, modelling, mining and reporting
- Ensure timely and quality analytics deliverables to satisfy business needs effectively under the dynamic business environment
- Ensure quality, ownership and traceability of analysis deliverables and documentation (e.g. business requirements, user stories, etc.)
- Analyze macro and micro data sets, identify trends, patterns and relationships, and derive business insights accordingly; develop use cases from various data sets
- Perform vendor management on system implementation and support
Requirements
- Over 5 years data analytic experience, with solid experience in solution design, project delivery and system integrations
- Proven experience of leading data analytics team to complete multidisciplinary projects
- Strong end user interview and negotiation skill to get detailed business requirements and use cases from major stakeholders
- Project coordination / management experience in delivering solutions using the Azure Data Analytics platform / SAP datasphere & SAC platform
- Solid experience in performing root cause analysis on internal and external data, and processes
- Working experience in garment industry is an advantage
