- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve outcomes
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of plans
- Keep close track of industry news and competitor movements
- Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, and content marketing
- Liaise and coordinate with supplies, external partners and internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of marketing plans
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in a digital marketing in household, Kitchenware in asia market, preferably in a digital marketing context
- Proficient in both Japanese (Japanese N1 ) and Mandarin/English
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign development, execution, and analysis
- Proficiency in using relevant marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
