Responsibilities:
- To lead an engineering team to meet customer requirements and achieve corporate target on new project development forecast
- Develop engineering and technological development direction and strategies
- Manage and monitor on active Product Engineering Project Development and the resources for whole engineering group
- Oversee the operational performance of the engineering group and ensure their effectiveness and efficiency
- Drive the continuous improvement of engineering and project management process, practices on cost sourcing regulations and management initiatives
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Electronic Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of product design / development experiences with work knowledge in consumer electronics products
- Solid project management experience with at least 6 years at managerial level position or above
