Responsibilities:
- Supporting day-to-day finance operations of the group, including book-keeping, reporting for Management Co, Funds, GP and related affiliates operating entities
- Oversight of expense allocation between GP, MC and portfolio companies
- Supporting compliance requirements for portfolio companies, which are registered in Hong Kong, BVI and Cayman
- Supporting the Treasury and Banking functions as needed
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
- Perform fund admin function
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance / Accounting
- At least 3 years’ experience in accounting and PE fund admin
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel
- Analytical mind and excellent communication skills
- Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
