Job Description:
- Reviewing and monitoring revenue/expenditure, inventory reports, reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness, performing ad hoc analysis and projects as requested
- Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department, ensuring that all month-end, year-end reports are completed accurately and on time
- Work closely with other departments, vendors and customers for daily operation, monitor accounts payable, account receivable and follow up on customer payment with sales team
- Responsible for forecast, budget, sales planning and cash flow position. Presenting financial analysis and information to management
- Liaise with external auditor to complete tax filings and dealing with matters relating to the IRD
- Co-ordinate with Accounting Share Service Team (GSSO) for the consolidation, and evaluation of financial data
- Maintaining details and evidence in Internal Control System (ICS), to strengthen internal controls, improve efficiency and ensuring all applicable regulations are followed
- Maintaining an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents
- Communicate and work with other members of finance team in China. Work closely with other departments for daily operations
Requirements:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- 5years finance and accounting experience, is able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure and tight deadline
- Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships with different departments
- Good comment of both English and Mandarin
