Responsibilities:
- Report to The Managing Director, oversee daily finance and accounting operations, and be responsible for statutory reporting, taxes and compliance with Group policies and regulations
- Perform financial & management analysis
- Work with the Group stakeholders and auditors to ensure the consolidated financial statements are completed on time in mid-year and year-end
- Take lead in the annual budget process and coordinate with different stakeholders in collecting the source data, to ensure timely submission of business results to headquarters in quality manner
- Risk management and ensuring effective operation of internal controls and systems
- Supervise subordinates to perform assigned duties
- Perform ad hoc assignment as required by the Senior Management
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Accounting OR Finance
- Minimum 15 years of working experience in Accounting / Manufacturing with 8 years in a supervisory role is preferred
- Proficiency in Hong Kong Accounting Standards, Taxation, and other legal and compliance regulations
- Work experience in manufacturing industry is a MUST
- Work experience in Chinese-funded Enterprises is preferred
- Be proactive and able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders especially with business management teams
- Sound knowledge of MS applications and ERP systems
