Senior HR & Admin Officer / HR & Admin Manager

Our client is a trading company with approx. 60 employees in HK.  They are looking for an applicant capable to one-man band to handle HR & Admin independently

Major Responsibilities:

  • Handle all-rounded HR functions, perform recruitment, onboard and offboard procedures, payroll calculation, compensation & benefits, MPF & taxation administration, performance management and employees relations, etc.
  • Assist in policies formulation and execution
  • Maintain staff records, including personal file and leave records
  • Assist in ad hoc HR & Admin. projects and annual functions

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relative experience
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances
  • Good interpersonal communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated, well-organized, proactive with positive and professional attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable
