Senior HR & Admin Officer (Japanese Speaking)

Human Resources Management:

  • Supervise and responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to payroll calculation (around 80-60 staffs), MPF administration, Leave management, tax reporting, handle Employee Compensation case;
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Perform full spectrum of HR functions includes Training, Talent Development, and performance management
  • Conduct job market research for salary benchmark and HR planning
  • Manage annual salary structure and other remuneration exercises
  • Investigate and resolve any employee relations concerns or disputes that arise
  • Responsible for the implementation and running of the HR system
  • Manage employee relations issues, ensuring effective resolution and compliance with company policies and legal requirement.
  • Perform other ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Administrative Management:

  • Supervise a small team to perform daily administrative duties including office maintenance and renovation work, document management, insurance, licenses & contract renewal, ordering supplies
  • Responsible for business travel arrangement, such as flight and accommodation booking, business visa application, and business travel reimbursement
  • Support/Coordinate company events and staff activities
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed.

Requirement

  • Tertiary education or equivalent qualification. 
  • Minimum 5 years training and development working experience in sizable organization
  • Well versed in HK employment Ordinances and related legislation
  • Hands-on, well-organized and detail-minded with good communication skills
  • Self-motivated, strong positive attitude with problem solving skills, and can work attitude under a fast-paced working environment
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English. Japanese will be an advantage
