Senior HR Manager – factory – 5 days stay China

Job Duties :

  • .Lead and manage the operation of the HR & Admin. Department to perform a wide range of functions including recruitment, C&B, performance management, training & development, etc
  • Overall support and develop the ongoing procedures within HR and admin. Operations
  • Aaccountable for the revision, formulation, and implementation of company policies and procedures, ensure in compliance with related legal regulatory.
  • Succession planning (Different recruitment channel), KPT, Handle Compensation experience
  • Expand various learning initiative, crafting employee career plans, and execute training and development programs for employee’s development and corporate objectives. 

Requirement :

  • Degree
  • Around 8 -10 years exp in HR and Administration in Factory
  • Well-versed in employment laws and other related legislations in HK & China.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Stay in China
