Duties:
- Provide full spectrum of China HR mainly in compensation & benefits and checking of payroll for about 100 headcounts per month
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies
- Handling budgeting and forecasting, salary and bonus review, salary structure review
- Perform salary survey and benchmarking exercise
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
- Familiar with China labour law, payroll in China
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management
- 6-8 years or above in HR in C & B and China payroll in any industries in China
- Well-versed in China Employment Ordinance, legislations and relevant regulations
- Strong sense of responsibilities
