Senior HR Officer / Assistant HR Manager – Handle China HR and Payroll

Duties:

  • Provide full spectrum of China HR mainly in compensation & benefits and checking of payroll for about 100 headcounts per month
  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies
  • Handling budgeting and forecasting, salary and bonus review, salary structure review
  • Perform salary survey and benchmarking exercise
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
  • Familiar with China labour law, payroll in China

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management
  • 6-8 years or above in HR in C & B and China payroll in any industries in China
  • Well-versed in China Employment Ordinance, legislations and relevant regulations
  • Strong sense of responsibilities
