Our client is a sizable Quasi-Non-Governmental Organization半官方機構. It is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following post:
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain smooth operation of the IT infrastructure including servers, storage and network
• Participate in the service and product procurement process, including coordinating end-users’ requirements, preparing tender documents etc.
• Monitor the progress of projects to ensure on schedule and quality delivery of systems
• Review, revise and/or prepare system documentation and training materials
• Conduct users’ training and provide users’ support
Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or related disciplines
• Experience in IT operation and infrastructure system support
• Minimum 2 years’ hand-on experience on patching network equipment including routers/switches/firewalls
• Exposure to data analytics platform with hand-on role in working with Data Infra Architect in building up such platform
• Hands-on role in maintaining data analytics platform
• Hands-on experience in system administration including server and SAN storage, Oracle/MSSQL database, VMWare, MS Windows servers and Microsoft O365
