Requirements
- Degree or Diploma holder in the Mechanical Engineering or other relevant fields.
- 10 years in operation in plastic injection moulding machine in factory in Offshore
- Extensive know-how on leveraging mold design to facilitate injection molding efficiency.
- Hands on experience in handling wide range of resin such as ABS, PVC, POM and fiber glass and various types of parts surface treatment including spray painting, pad printing, laser engraving.
- Experience in adopting real time data driven shop floor management practices is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Responsibilities
- Leader of Plastic Operations which include mold design and fabrication, plastic molding and parts surface treatment.
- Owner of Plastic Operations profitability and Spearhead of the factory site in supporting Company’s business development.
- Optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, material and other resources to deliver operation excellence.
- Manage manpower and machine resources to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Drive and manage the Continuous Improvement programs in cycle time reduction, indirect material utilization, material attrition and product quality yield.
- Develop efficiency strategies and continuous improvement plans to meet production goals and standards at minimal manufacturing costs.
