Senior investment research or investment research director – Asset Management

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize and analyze information on policies, market dynamics, industry trends and other information related to the company’s (asset management company’s) investment business to provide timely and accurate information support for the company’s investment decisions.
• Responsible for developing new investment projects, establishing and maintaining an investment project database, and continuing to provide the company with high-quality investment targets.
• Conduct in-depth due diligence on potential investment projects, including industry research, market research, data collection, etc., to ensure the authenticity and feasibility of the project.
• Based on the results of due diligence, write an investment proposal and conduct a comprehensive assessment of the investment value, risks and returns of the project.
• Conduct continuous post-investment management of investment projects, including monitoring project progress, evaluating project performance, and assisting in solving problems in project operations, etc.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, priority will be given to graduates of economics, finance, accounting, law, management and other related majors from key domestic and overseas universities or well-known universities.
• Have a solid foundation in economics and finance, and be familiar with financial management, accounting, investment and other related disciplines.
• More than 5 years of working experience in investment research or financial product managers in securities companies, fund companies and other related industries.
• Have excellent research ability, logical reasoning ability and information processing ability, and be able to quickly collect, organize and analyze relevant information and form forward-looking research reports.
• Have strong organizational and coordination skills and be able to coordinate internal and external resources to promote the smooth implementation of projects.
