Duties:
- Monitor VM farm and host
- Troubleshoot the user desktop technical problem
- Troubleshoot the desktop and server problem form the ticket system request
- Control Email Gateway (Barracuda, Cisco ESA)
- Contact Vendor to provide maintenance services
- Troubleshooting (MPLS, VPN, Metro E)
- Handle Domain controller, Ms Exchange server, Windor Server, Lync and Share point server, Database Server
- Monitor Network Issue (Juniper Firewall, Cisco switch, Sonicewall Firewall and Spam Mail firewall)
- EDR control (sentinel one and Sangfor)
Requirements
- High Diploma in Computer Studies, Information Technology or other related disciplines
- 6 years experience in IT Support & System admin role
- Good command of English, good in mandarin
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Self-motivated, independent, hardworking and able to meet tight schedule
