Own property – client side
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementing property strategy and achieve the best benefit to the company
- leasing of a portfolio of commercial, luxurious residential properties and serviced apartments in Hong Kong
- liaising with estate agents, tenants and contractors and also regular study of the market trend for assessment by the senior management.
- property management, site visits arrangements
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years solid leasing experience in commercial, luxurious residential properties
- Able to work independently, show initiative and take full responsibility for completion of duties
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
