Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends to provide insights on product development and marketing programs
- Identify and explore new sales channels (e.g. distributors, retailers, department stores, online shopping platforms) and new markets
- Define and implement sales and promotion strategies, monitor and allocate yearly budget
- Manage and analyze sales and inventory data of the distributor to identify problems and find solutions
- Plan and organize mall events and international trade exhibitions
- Work with vendors and internal teams to implement marketing projects
- Liaise with distributors to develop in-store product display
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the promotion events or programs
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Degree in marketing & business related discipline;
- Min 5 years or above working experiences in Consumer product or Toys in Asia Pacifci
- Solid experience in terms of integrated ATL, BTL and Online solution and execution;
- Mature and pleasant personality with good communication skill.
- Hard-working, able to multi-task and meet deadlines;
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
