Responsibilities:
- Manage the global marketing budget and reporting for both online and offline.
- Manage marketing processes, briefs and oversell all brand creative from templates, signage and multi-media to lookbook and catalogue creation and production.
- Consumer analysis segmentation, brand positioning, Marco and Micro Trends, annual marketing imperatives / aims and objectives, key strategies and tactics to achieve and align with business targets, company vision, mission and brand promise.
- Responsible for Internal Marketing and CSR.
- Execute and manage HK Marketing for B2B and B2C.
- Manage and oversee salesforce loyalty program and implementation across all regions.
- Manage and oversee ecomm sites and customers journeys for both B2B and B2C.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years in a Marketing / Brand managerial role.
- B2B and B2C retail marketing experience.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
- Content creation and creative brand experience.
- Analytical, data driven, strategic thinker.
- Ability to multi task across a variety of businesses and regions with an international mindset.
- Knowledge of salesforce, magento, netsuite, a bonus.
