Senior Merchandiser – Stationery / Luggage – Buying office

  • Proactive lead and organize the daily execution of merchandising activities from sample to shipment
  • Follow-up orders with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
  • Assist in the product development process to ensure that products meet customers’ quality and budget requirements
  • Handle sample arrangement to customers for approval and lab testing
  • Maintain and update order-processing system
  • Perform other ad hoc duties


  • Diploma Graduates/ HKCEE / DSE Graduates
  • At least 4 – 8 year relevant working experience with Stationery / Luggage or Backpack
  • Detail-oriented, well organized, energetic, able to meet deadline
  • Good command in both written and spoken English & Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • More experience will consider to be Merchandiser / Senior Merchandiser
