Responsibilities:
- Manage project from product development through order follow up
- Work closely with the engineering, quality and shipping teams
- Daily communication with overseas design, innovation and purchasing teams
- Cost estimation, process optimization and production efficiency improvement while ensuring product quality and compliance with design specifications
- Vendor and PO Management Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or degree holder
- At least 3-6 years of experience in toys industry
- Proven project management and problem-solving skills
- Materials and costing knowledge
- Proactive, detailed oriented, organized and team player
- Good communication skills and able to work independently
- Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- China travel required
