THE JOB :
- Work independently to oversee and manage all sourcing activities in China & Asia
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in garment _ Sweater production, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Experience in handling US retailer clients like Gap…etc
- Experience in Sweater is a big plus.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Budget Management: Manage production budgets, negotiating costs with suppliers and ensuring cost-effective production
- Supplier Management: Manage and evaluate supplier performance, ensure consistent communication, and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with other departments to align production schedules with sales forecasts and inventory needs.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Textiles/Clothing/Production…or related
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in garment production and sourcing.
