Industry: Property, 70 staff in HK office
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team
- Provide full spectrum of office administrative support, including car licenses/insurance-related matters, office procurement, assets management/maintenance, telecommunications management and invoice verification
- Handle emergencies/urgent issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain attendance system and prepare attendance reports
- Supervise the work of administrative support staff and back up reception duties when jobholder is on leave
- Organize company/staff events and handling ad-hoc assignments as and when required
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree holder in Business Administration or related with 7 years relevant experience in sizable companies
- Must be a good team player, highly responsible, proactive and well-organized with good interpersonal/multi-tasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office including Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese, conversational Mandarin is a must
