Responsibilities:
- Report to Senior Manager and General Manager
- Responsible for operation in the air cargo charter service
- Set up operation handling procedure for new charter service
- Monitor entire operations remotely to sustain and keep OTP
- Pay overseas site/customer visits (PRC included) periodically to evaluate vendors’/partners’ performances
- Follow up on operational matters with partners and customers
- Manage irregularities in handling
- Liaise with vendors and customers for ULD & Equipment management
- Ensure operation comply with the industrial and countries’ regulation
Requirements:
- Tertiary educated or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in Air Cargo Industry
- Airline (Cargo Freighter / Passenger Cargo)
- Freight Forwarder / Courier / Charter Broker
- Ground Handling Company
- IATA training certificate holder is an advantage
- Experience in cargo ground operation (airside and landside) is an advantage
- Familiar with MS office excel, word, and PowerPoint
- Irregular working hours may occur subject to the actual operation
- Language proficiency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin, both written and spoken
