Senior Operation Officer- Household / Kitchenware – ERP – Trading

Responsibilities:

  • Support Manager
  • Order Manager
  • Liaise with vendor, internal staff
  • Using ERP to follow up product information
  • Office admin support
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required.
  • Project Management

Requirements:

  • High diploma or above in any discipline;
  • 5 years in Operation in Household or Kitchenware or Tableware or Ceramic or Home decoration or Hardgoods or Seasonal or Gift in trading
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skill
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, flexible and able to work independently
  • Good PC skill (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese WP is essential)
  • Occasionally travel to Mainland China is required
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
