Job Duties
- Advanced knowledge on the global testing requirements to ensure the products comply with the legal requirements and product safety.
- Provided technical support to vendors / QA / Merchandisers, help them to understand the testing requirements.
- Follow up with the factory audit program. Get involved in helping the problematic factory.
- Participated in travelling, worked in vendors preparation and follow-up.
- Prepared the vendor performance summary (testing / audit) and worked in ad-hoc study, so to analyse vendors’ testing / factory quality, and to provide suggestion / solution if needed.
- Cooperate with lab to update / existing testing standards.
- Follow up clients: amazon, target
Job Requirements
- Bachelor
- 6-8 years experience in Hardgoods in trading, buying office
- Understand the details of US/EU safety standards
- Excellent team management, technical and quality problem solving skills
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
- travel to PRC
