Jobs Description :
- Lead and manage QA, QC, & testing Lab., providing guidance, training, and performance management
- Establish the quality management system, ensuring consistency in quality standards across factories in China and Vietnam
- Supply Chain Quality Collaboration – Lead supplier & subcontractor quality audits, and regularly disqualify under performer
- Identify and analyze quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and track their effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, production, and supply chain, to ensure quality is integrated throughout the product lifecycle
- Stay up-to-date on relevant international regulations, industry standards, and emerging technologies related to toys safety requirements
- Optimize lab resources allocation to avoid redundant testing and shorten inspection cycles
- Team Capability Development – Develop local quality talent in Vietnam to reduce reliance on expatriates and achieve team localization
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
- Minimum 10 Years solid experience in QA in manufacturing environment, with minimum 5 years in a managerial position
- Familiar with toys safety standard
- Strong leadership with excellent analytical skills and result oriented;
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- 5 days Stay in China, need to travel Vietnam
