Requirement
- Degree in engineering
- 6-8 years in qa in toys in trading
- Familiar with toy safety standard in USA
- Good in English, strong in solve problem
Job Duties:
- Review the QA Test report
- Communicate with 3rd party laboratory on all testing issues
- Communicate with vendor to solve all quality issues
- Communicate with internal parties to solve daily quality issues
- Performance inline inspection and final inspection on new items
- Give QA/QC suggestion on reliability and safety issues
- Perform audits
- Communicate with customer to solve all technical issues
- Handle customer complains
