Job Description

  • Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying
  • 8 years’ experience in the construction industry
  • Duties will include cost negotiation, interim payment applications, variation preparation and tender preparation etc.
  • Experience with both Fitting Out Main Contractor and QS Consultant would be an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
