Responsibilities
Project Oversight & Triple Constraints Management
- Oversee electronic engineering projects to ensure strict alignment with defined objectives, delivery timelines, and budget constraints.
- Establish technical milestones and monitor project critical paths to mitigate risks and prevent scope creep.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & PLM
- Collaborate closely with different teams to guarantee seamless Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
- Drive Design for Excellence (DFX) initiatives, ensuring early alignment on mechanical constraints, manufacturability (DFM), and testability (DFT).
- Partner with QA to define hardware/software validation plans (EVT/DVT/PVT) and secure regulatory compliances (e.g., CE, FCC, UL).
Dual-Track Team Leadership (HW/SW)
- Manage and mentor multi-disciplinary hardware and software engineering teams to develop robust product architectures.
- Supervise end-to-end development, including schematic capture, PCB layout, firmware design, and system-level software integration.
- Lead hardware-software bring-up, debugging, and troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex technical bottlenecks.
Requirements:
- 10 year in Electronic Engineering in Home appliance, Consumer Electronic, Motor in Trading, Factory
- Familiar with the safety standards, MCU hardware and software, digital and power electronics working principium and sound knowledge in SMT & PCBA operations
- Good English, good mandarin
- 5 days stay in Shenzhen
