Responsibilities:
- Liaising with existing clients such as government bodies, developers, architects, contractors, consultants, property management companies, etc., identifying and establishing business opportunities
- Ensuring sales targets / budget are met set by Company
- Transferring customer technical requirements to Engineer for product design, and then analyze and assess the designed output to make sure it is workable
- Providing pre-sales including handle customer enquiries, preparing tenders, proposals, quotations, sample development follow up
Requirements:
- Diploma or Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
- 1-5 years sales experience in building materials & equipment, engineering solutions project sales preferred
- Aggressive and outgoing personality
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communications skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- AutoCAD is a plus
