Requirements:
- 10 year in sale & marketing in watch trading, factory
- Product development with key accounts (liaison up with designers, product manager, R&D department and BOM calculation)
- Daily responsibilities related to both sales and operational aspect within HK office. Liaise with China factory GM, engineer dept.
- Overall overview of all activities by the sales team at product development and sales operations to ensure best service towards customers
- Monitor admin activities on time
- Overview shipping department operates in right procedures and timing
- Sharing new product ideas with sales team
- Monitor all price calculations to ensure company’s earnings
- Crisis management
- Overview working procedures between China factory and HK sales team
- Salary and development responsibilities for the staff (not finance)
- Participation in customer meetings in HK and other countries
- Travelling to China factory as required
- Travelling to Europe and USA (app. 10 days a year)
- Preparation of 1-2 trade fairs yearly.
