Requirements:
- Certificate
- At least 4 years shipping experience in shipping in garment / Hardgoods in trading
- Proper maintenance of files and documents.
- Supporting sales team in contract execution including raise purchase order to China factories and overseas suppliers, follow up production with manufacturers in overseas and China
- Handling I/E shipping document
- Arranging shipment with forwarders and local logistics
- Handling orders, order entry to production system and prepare the scheduling.
- Answer both internal and external queries on order processing
- Good commend of both English and Mandarin
- SAP/ERP is as advantage
