An electronic company is looking for caliber candidates to apply their position:
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a small shipping team to handle full set I/E shipping documentation, L/C, custom declaration etc
- Application of Import and export license
- Manage and monitor Inventory level
- Co-ordinate with various parties to ensure on time shipments
- Prepare reports
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- DSE / HKALE or above
- Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience with at least 2 yrs in supervisory position.
- Previous experience gained from electronic components industry is an advantage
- Familiar with L/C and Incoterms
- Experience in tradelink
- Good command of both spoken & written English and Mandarin
- Strong communication skills with ability to handle multi tasks independently
- Well-organized and attentive to details
- Responsible, accountable, initiative and able to work under pressure
