Responsibilities:
- Directly report to HR Director
- In-charge of Training and Development Department
- Design and implement learning programme, career development initiatives and leadership development framework to cultivate talent at all levels of the organizations
- Work closely with business units to identify training needs, design and develop training plans to meet business requirements across the organization including Hong Kong and China. Such as new staff orientation, buddy programmes, soft skills training, leadership, development programs that align with and drive organizational objectives
- Co-ordinate property-specific training, standard operating procedures and service training
- Lead the overall learning and development strategy and drive the continuous enhancement of internal training programme
- Participate in the periodically review of learning and development policies
- Maintain and track training data to monitor effectiveness and compliance, ensuring high-quality training delivery
- Handle various ad-hoc project as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Training and Development, Organizational Development or related disciplines
- Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in organizing, designing and conducting services, soft skills and management training
- Experience in Sizable OR Listed Company of Property Development is a MUST
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and presentation skills
- Short notice is a MUST
