Duties
- Lead the full design process: user research, synthesis, concept creation, prototyping, testing and high-fidelity UX/UI and visual design
- Apply a user-centered design approach to create impactful solutions in a cross functional team of designers, product managers, data scientists and software developers.
- Contribute to product strategy, advocate for the power and value of design
- Manage the full cycle of the creative process from concept to completion
- Manage the departmental resources and budget
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product planners and business analysts to translate user stories/business requirements into digital experiences
- Collaborate with team across global design networking
- Communicate and present the design / idea to major stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interaction Design or a closely related discipline
- 6 years or above solid experience in UI/UX in consumer Product in trading
- Excellent understanding of UX/UI, Design Thinking and Agile methods
- Strong knowledge of relevant tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe CS)
- Good communication, presentation, problem-solving, time management and relationship building skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
