Education and experiences
- Diploma in mechanical engineer
- Excellent skills in problem solving, excellent organizational skills and excellent teamwork skills
- 3-5 years working experience in service engineer in machine or medical equipment
- Fluent in both spoken and written English & Chinese, Mandarin preferable
- Diligent and independent approach
- Well versed in MS Office
Responsibilities:
- To provide the machines service/maintenance
- Technical support
- Trained customer on the product
- Evaluation of processes
- Give suggestions for improving the maintenance and machine output quality with respect to technical regulations and guidelines.
- Error diagnoses on machines and specify actions to solve error..
