Social compliance and ESG Coordinator – Buying office / Trading

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all social audit activities in Greater China & rest of Asia
  • Manage the progress of supplier social audit program, collaborate with different parties including third party service provider and commercial teams for planning, coordinating and monitoring of the social audit program
  • Prepare data for global social audit scoreboard quarterly and monthly report
  • Generate monthly reports
  • Develop and monitor Corrective Actions Plan (CAP) with suppliers after audits
  • Conduct CSR and ESG Audits 
  • Support internal team on general day-to-day operational matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in relevant field
  • Min. 3 years solid & track record of Social Compliance, CSR/ ESG auditing & supplier social compliance/ factory evaluation is preferred
  • Familiar with industry-recognized audit programs (BSCI, ICTI, ICS, SMETA)
  • Ability to maintain the highest degree of diplomacy, coordination and transparency
  • Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
