Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Be the focal person to coordinate all social audit activities in Greater China & rest of Asia
- Manage the progress of supplier social audit program, collaborate with different parties including third party service provider and commercial teams for planning, coordinating and monitoring of the social audit program
- Prepare data for global social audit scoreboard quarterly and monthly report
- Generate monthly reports for CSR Manager and Management
- Develop and monitor Corrective Actions Plan (CAP) with suppliers after audits
- Conduct CSR Audits in China
- Support internal team on general day-to-day operational matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in relevant field
- Min. 5 years solid & track record of CSR auditing & supplier social compliance/ factory evaluation is preferred
- Familiar with industry-recognized audit programs (BSCI, ICTI, ICS, SMETA)
- Auditor certification preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement a capacity building plan
- Ability to maintain the highest degree of diplomacy, coordination and transparency
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
