Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Be the focal person to coordinate all social audit activities in Greater China
- Manage the progress of supplier social audit program, collaborate with different parties including third party service provider and commercial teams for planning, coordinating and monitoring of the social audit program
- Prepare data for global social audit scoreboard quarterly and monthly report
- Generate monthly reports
- Develop and monitor Corrective Actions Plan (CAP) with suppliers after audits
- Conduct CSR Audits in China
- Support internal team on general day-to-day operational matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in relevant field
- Min. 3-5years solid & track record of CSR auditing & supplier social compliance/ factory evaluation is preferred
- Knowledge of industry-recognized audit programs (BSCI, ICTI, ICS, SMETA)
- Auditor certification preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Good in spoken and written English and Mandarin
