Key Responsibilities:
- Strong sourcing supplier network in Southeast Asia and China
- Analyze and improve supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery and meet quality standards.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve cost targets while maintaining product quality.
- Collaborate with quality teams to monitor production processes and resolve issues proactively.
- Collaborate with the marketing & product development team to meet sourcing needs.
- Familiarity with import/export laws, customs regulations, and trade agreements in Southeast Asia and China.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in sourcing toys products, and supply chain management
- Well understanding the international quality standards
- Willingness to travel to Southeast Asia and China.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Lead and manage teams ability is a plus, including setting goals and performance parameters.
