Job Duties
- Work with the design team, developer, product Manager to develop and refine garment specifications.
- Giving comments and advices for product improvement
- Conduct fittings and provide technical support for accurate fit and construction.
- Maintain detailed tech packs, including measurement charts and construction details.
- Communicate technical specifications to factories and suppliers.
Job Requirement
- Higher Diploma in Clothing, Textiles, or a related field.
- Over 4 years of technical experience in the garment industry, preferably in manufacturing
- Knowledge of paper pattern making and grading.
- Good in fitting on dummy and / or live model
- Expertise in garment construction techniques for various fabrics and styles.
- Good communication skills and leadership skills
- Work in China (Guangdong Province) is required.
