Task:
- Responsible for the implementation and deployment of the Company’s sustainability policy and the related compliance processes
- Handle Environmental / Social compliance audits & consulting programs, and prepare related reports and analysis
- Keep track of the updates and development of related regulations and ordinances
- Taking initiatives to define and work out continuous improvement plans on our sustainability performance
- Conduct training and communication to internal Departments and external business partners on our sustainability standards, requirements and goals
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience with expertise in social or environmental compliance in Hardgood/ garment in buying office
- Hands-on experience in working with factories
- Familiar with social compliance & environmental standards, FSC, chain of Custody and EUDR
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Solid project management and analytical skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
