Sustainability Office – Buying office / Trading

Task: 

  • Responsible for the implementation and deployment of the Company’s sustainability policy and the related compliance processes
  • Handle Environmental / Social compliance audits & consulting programs, and prepare related reports and analysis
  • Keep track of the updates and development of related regulations and ordinances
  • Taking initiatives to define and work out continuous improvement plans on our sustainability performance
  • Conduct training and communication to internal Departments and external business partners on our sustainability standards, requirements and goals

Requirements 

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience with expertise in social or environmental compliance in Hardgood/ garment in buying office
  • Hands-on experience in working with factories
  • Familiar with social compliance & environmental standards,  FSC, chain of Custody and EUDR
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Solid project management and analytical skills 
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
