Business: Medium size manufacturer located in Kwun Tong
* Provide technical support for all aspects of the back end IT infrastructure and help desk including:
– Windows Active Directory
– Virtualized servers (VMWare)
– Storage Area Network (HP MSA)
– Network firewalls (SonicWall), switches
– Connectivity infrastructure
* Perform performance management and capacity planning
* Evaluate, analyze, design and implement new projects in IT infrastructure
* Management of disaster recovery planning and ensure smooth cutover during outages
* Co-ordinate with IT vendors to deploy appropriate hardware, network devices and software solutions
* Participate in an after-hours, rotating support duty roster to remotely provide technical support during critical system outages
Requirements:
* Higher diploma or above in Information Technology/Computer Science or relevant discipline
* Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure technical design and support
* Certification in VCP5 (VMware Certified Professional), MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate), MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) and CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) is preferred
* Experience in using VMware vCenter for virtualization management
* Technical support experience in SAN (HP MSA)
* Hands on experience on Networking, VPN, Microsoft Active Directory & MS Exchange Server
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Self-motivated and multitasking
* Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
