Job Description
- Develops, implements and keeps ongoing maintenance of the ERP system to meet business needs
- Studies and analyzes the system requirements by defining and analyzing business workflows and processes to determine the system framework and its infrastructure in order to design and set up the system architecture to increases the company’s operation effectiveness and efficiency
- Defines and evaluate application processes and flows by conferring with internal and external stakeholders
- Customizes and configures workflow to facilitate ERP integration with other applications
- Controls solution by establishing specifications and coordinating production with programmers
- Validates results by testing programs; and monitor the UAT test
- Ensures smooth system operation by training client personnel and providing necessary support
- Prepares the user manual / guide / training documentation and materials; and conduct training to users
- Develops detailed documentation for system enhancements and business cases assisting enhancement requests.
Qualifications / Skills
- Proficient in C#, SQL, .NET and other ERP related programming languages
- Proficient in administrate the MS SQL Database
- Software architecture, design, documentation, testing, and maintenance
- Strong ownership, result-driven and able to work in dynamic business environment with high mobility and adaptability
- Strong team spirit and teamwork, strong analytical ability and troubleshooting skill, good project management and communication skills
- General business workflow, familiar with manufacturing operation workflow is preferable
- Good Command in both verbal and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
- Solid experience and in-depth understanding with Epicor ERP systems
- At least 5 years relevant working experience in deploying an ERP system
- At least 3 years experience at System Analyst level
- Experience in installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training and implementing new ERP applications and systems
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Analyst Programmer or Senior Analyst Programmer
- Business travel to Thailand and China are required on project basis.
